KYOCERA Fastening Solutions Europe is the specialist in fasteners and fastening tools for construction professionals and industry. For our BeNeFrux Market we are looking for a Commercialization Marketeer who’s responsibility is to assure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey leading to an increase of the Customer Lifetime Value.

Customer Intimacy will be the basis for all commercial actions to ensure that we effectively reach our target audience, online and in store and grow our business.

He/she/them builds a long term trust relationship and strategic alliance with key customers turning them into brand ambassadors. It is a multidisciplinary multi-channel role in close cooperation with our customers, the local sales and customer service team as well as with the central marketing team. 

  • Develop and maintain in store product assortment and marketing tools (POS, shelf plans, shelf didactics, brochures...), roll out in dealer channel and follow up implementation
  • Develop and roll-out 360° marketing and branding campaigns to drive sales and margin, in all channels and closely monitor ROI and finetune when necessary
  • Collaborate with dealers to grow our online product offering and to improve e-commerce (product data quality, branding, cross sell, long tail assortment, automated data sharing)
  • Manage and maintain the local price list in collaboration with the EMEA pricing manager and based on market price knowledge
  • Coordinate customer events, develop promotional campaigns and follow up on ROI
  • Launch new products supported with necessary marketing materials, roll out internally and with our customers in the appropriate channel(s)
  • Develop sustainable growth in both dealer and industrial channel
  • Product assortment expansion based on white spot analysis
  • Provide internal training for new product introductions, and external training for dealers
  • Implement and maintain the local digital ecosystem and digital tools developed by central marketing team a.o. data pool requests or customer and local government compliance requests
  • Drives lead generation and cross selling in both dealer and industry channel
  • Executes all marketing activities in accordance with the brand guidelines
  • Draw up and follow up the local marketing plan and related budget

Job criteria

  • Confident, dynamic senior marketing profile with a digital first mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (verbal/writing)
  • Puts the customer first, starts with the answer and thinks out of the box
  • Argumentation is based on data analytics (facts & figures)
  • Takes project ownership and has a pro-active attitude
  • Empathic listener to customers and co-workers
  • Occasional traveling and customer visits
  • Knowledge about our products and construction in general is a big plus
